The Star Canyon condos are located in the sought-after Trailmark subdivision in southern Littleton. They are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts since you are only minutes from Waterton Canyon, Chatfield State Bark, Roxborough State Park & the botanical garden at Chatfield. Metropolitan Homes built the complex between 2002-2005 and it includes 72 condo units.  The floor plans range from 1300-1600 square feet with a contemporary style rock and stucco exterior.  All units include a large two car attached garage for ample storage space.

Roxborough Park Townhomes
There are 3 small complexes in the gated Roxborough Park area including the Villas at Roxborough which has 11 adobe colored stucco duplexes with a southwestern look with 2,000 to 2,600 finished square feet.  The units were built between 1997-1999 and they all include a walk-out basement and 2 car attached garage.  Outside on the deck you can almost reach out and touch the red rock formations.
