Our experience with Mike and his team started a few years ago when I was looking off and on for a home. Karen would call me from time to time and we would chat about financials and other things. Mike really does the research on your home's value and current market trends and gives great advise as to how much your home is worth and potentially worth with some improvements as well as the marketability of your home at that price. Mike even took time with us to set up showings and show us our competition in our neighborhood. Mike is also very professional in how he shows homes and provides information on the comps of similar homes in the area. Mike also went the extra mile during the contractual process in meeting with the appraiser to help insure we get a fair appraisal as well as taking time whilst on vacation to still handle the negotiations with our buyer.
