Elk Rest Meadows is the newest subdivision in Evergreen, being built between 2007 – 2014 by Richmond American Homes. This is more like a city neighborhood than a mountain community with public water, sewer and natural gas. These 20 contemporary new homes in Evergreen are all 2-story with 3000-4000 square feet and 2-3 car garages. The homes sit on 1/4 acre park-like lot with covered patios, large decks, gourmet kitchens, and five-piece master baths. This newly constructed subdivision is located in north Evergreen near the I-70 and Evergreen Pkwy intersection tucked back behind the Home Depot shopping center.
Silver Rock
An enclave of ten custom homes built between 2003-2012, Silver Rock is a new pristine gated community in northeastern Evergreen. These are elaborate custom homes with 6,000-10,000 square feet, architectural design floorplans and 3-6 car attached garages. They boast expansive gourmet kitchens and luxurious five-piece master suites, in addition to four-six individual bedrooms. Sunset Ridge
New homes in Sunset Ridge sit on the hill overlooking the town of Kittredge off Hwy 74 in Evergreen. Singing River Estates
Small prestigious gated community in southwest Evergreen built between 2000-2008. These luxury custom homes showcase million dollar views from the large secluded 10-24 acre lots. The homes in Singing River Estates include at least 10,000 square feet of living space with only the finest finishes. The Promontory at Soda Creek was constructed from 1995-2006. The 53 contemporary custom homes include 3,500 to 5,500 square feet on ½ to 1 acre lots. Skyhill Estates is a luxury gated community of 6 custom homes built between 1997 – 2004 on 10-35 acre lots in north Evergreen. This private and sophisticated neighborhood has private tennis courts and the HOA provides snow removal. A 7 home gated enclave, The Reserve at Tanoa was built in 1997-2001. They have 5,000 square foot of elegant living space with 2 acres of wooded useable land. The newer subdivision of Tanoa was first constructed in the 1990’s and development finished in the early 2000’s. The homes in this tight-knit community have 2,500-5,500 square feet with an average of ¼ to ¾ acre lots and most include walkout basements. You have the best of both worlds living in Tanoa with a mountain feel, but the homes are on public water and sewer. The Timbers is a gated enclave of 28 extravagant custom estates with a wealth of beauty and character built between the 1990’s and early 2000’s. New construction is continuous throughout Evergreen and the surrounding subdivisions, but most of the new builds are only one house here & there rather than an entirely new subdivision.
