The homes have access to a taxiway that goes directly to the 4700′ lighted runway. The airport offers hangers for rent, 24-hour fuel, and has an Instrument approach procedure. The airpark homes sit on 2 acre lots and average 2000-6000 finished square feet of living space. The neighborhood has easy access to the Erie trail system which connects to Louisville, Boulder, and Broomfield.
Park Land Estates in Erie, Colorado
Located on the eastern Front Range of the Rocky Mountain just 30 minutes from Denver, Parkland Estates Airpark is the perfect rural community. The subdivision offers 91 homes that were first built in 1978. The homes have a taxi easement that extend from the paved and lighted 4,200-foot runway. The estates sit on 2 acre lots with approximately 2,500 finished square feet of living space. A handful of the homes include a private airplane hangar. Horses are also allowed in the neighborhood. Park Land Estates is just a quick drive to quaint downtown Erie.
