Austin Hurt

Associate Broker/Owner

Born and raised in Colorado, I’m proud to say I’m a native to this beautiful state and a 3rd generation Colorado real estate agent.  My great grandfather arrived in Colorado by horseback in 1881 and founded a town in the beautiful San Luis Valley.  In my spare time you will find me with my loving wife Carrie, our three children, and our dog named Moose.  We are a huge soccer (aka football) family and enjoy watching the kids play competitively.  During the winter you might find us on the slopes or maybe even ice fishing! When I’m not supporting my amazing clients in the warm weather months, we’re off camping or fishing in the Colorado mountains.

I have more than 20 years of personal real estate investment and finance experience.  I’m a graduate from the University of Colorado business school, go Buffs!  Prior to selling real estate I was an executive in international finance and strived in being a strong team builder and strategic communicator.  By continuing to bring those valuable skills and ethics to my clients at Gold Compass Real Estate, I’m able to help clients reach their real estate goals.

John has been serving residential clients in Colorado since 1976.  Residing in the north metro area with his wife Nancy, John’s vast experience includes his position as President of the North Suburban Board of Realtors as well as his time serving on the local city council.  His experience as a Realtor coupled with his law degree from the University of Denver make him a sage leader at Gold Compass Real Estate.

Lance is a seasoned broker with 17 years of residential real estate experience. His loyal base of repeat clients values his knowledge of the metro area, his exceptional service, and his passion for sustainable building. Lance studied business at both Yale and the University of Colorado and has supplemented his practical knowledge, including becoming a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Green Certified Realtor. Lance, his wife Piper, and their two daughters spend time enjoying all that the Colorado lifestyle has to offer.
