The Pond Subdivision

The Pond consists of 356 homes located between W 88th Avenue and Independence Way in Arvada. You will find many different home styles such as 2 story, multi-level, ranch and tri-level with 1400-3400 finished square feet which sit on a lot of 3500 square feet to third of an acre.
