The homes in this subdivision are also located 15 miles south east of Denver, Colorado and the housing is mainly 2 and 3 story patio homes with 1500-2500 finished square feet. Majority of the Parker Landing Patio Homes for sale were constructed between 1981 and 1985 with 1200-1700 above grade square feet. The homes landscape on manicured lots of 1500-2000 square feet and have a 1-2 car detached garage. Almost all homes in this subdivision have a basement.
