Pioneer Hills is located 20 miles south east of Denver, Colorado and the zip code for the area is 80015. This complex consists of 295 townhomes and patio homes which are located close by to Cherry Creek State Park. These townhomes and patio homes are also located in the southern region of Aurora. Almost all Pioneer Hills townhomes and patio homes for sale have a basement and few of them have a walkout space as well. Majority of the townhomes and patio homes were built by 2018 with 1300-2200 above grade square feet. The floor plans average 1500-2500 finished square feet and have a 2 car attached garage. The community is highly sought after due to its great location and the townhomes are well maintained with beautiful exterior landscaping. This complex is situated in Arapahoe County. These townhomes provide awesome view of the Cherry Creek State Park.
