Traditions Subdivision
Traditions consist of 829 homes which are located in Arapahoe County and the zip code for the area is 80018. This subdivision is also situated 20 miles east of Denver, Colorado and is located in the eastern region of Aurora. The housing is mainly 2 story, multi-level, ranch and tri-level with 1500-2700 above grade square feet. Majority of the Traditions homes for sale were built by Richmond American Homes between 2006 and 2018. The homes sit on manicured lots of 5500 square feet to fifth of an acre and most of the homes in this subdivision have a basement. The floor plans average 1600-3300 finished square feet and have a 2-3 car attached garage. The HOA is run by Colorado Management & Associates which includes several facilities such as clubhouse, common area grounds maintenance, community pool, recycling and trash removal. Homes in this subdivision are very spacious with huge storage spaces which are perfect for family gatherings. Traditions homes for sale have large covered patios which provide awesome view of the surrounding and are perfect for entertainment. Vista Peak Elementary, Vista Peak Middle and Vista Peak High School are the schools located nearby and children from this area attend them.
