The Preserve Subdivision

The Preserve consists of 236 homes which are located close by to Farmer’s Park which are mostly 2 story and ranch homes. This subdivision is ideally located at the intersection of Longs Peak Street and Mayeda Street. Majority of The Preserve homes for sale were built by Meritage Homes between 2004 and 2016 with 1600-2600 above grade square feet. The floor plans range from 2000-3000 finished square feet and have a 2-3 car attached garage. Almost all homes have a basement and few of them have a walkout space as well. The community is run by 4 Seasons Management which covers facilities such as common area grounds maintenance. Kids in the area will attend Northeast Elementary, Overland Trail Middle and Brighton High School which are located in School District 27-J.
