Equestrian Country Subdivision

Equestrian Country is located in the western region of Calhan and consists of 96 homes. This subdivision is situated at the intersection of Hwy 24 and Palomino Drive. Majority of the Equestrian Country homes for sale were constructed between 1971 and 2001 with 1500-2000 above grade square feet. The homes landscape on impressive lots of 5-6 acres and have a 2-3 car attached garage. Few of the homes in this subdivision have a basement.
