Daniel's Gate Sub-Area

Daniels Gate Sub-Area is also known as Romar West is located in the north western part of Castle Pines and it is 25 miles south east of Denver Colorado. The home types are mostly 2 story and ranch which sit on impressive lot of 7000 square feet to half an acre. Majority of the homes for sale were built between 2001 and 2007 by D.R. Homes in this subdivision are meticulously maintained and have picturesque windows that give beautiful views; one can relax in the expansive deck. Daniels Park is located close by to this subdivision which provides several activities such as hiking, biking, wildlife and a family picnic area. Sanctuary Golf Course is nestled among the scenery of the Rocky mountain and is a challenging course, which is located 2.4 miles away from Daniels Gate. This subdivision is a growing community with a lot to offer with its location being close to Chatfield State Park, shopping, dining, and public parks.

Daniel's Gate Sub-Areas

Jasper Pointe

Jasper Pointe is one of the smallest areas that consists of 31 2 story homes. These homes for sale were built by D.R. Horton, Inc from 2002-2004. The HOA in this community is maintained by Romar West, Castle Pines North Master HOA which includes clubhouse, community pool, common area grounds maintenance, recycling and trash removal. The floor plans averages 2500-4000 finished square feet and have a 2-3 car attached garage. This community is maintained by Premier Property Management which includes clubhouse, community pool, common area grounds maintenance, snow removal and trash removal. Kids in the area will attend Timber Trail Elementary, Rocky Heights Middle, and Rock Canyon High School.

Vacquero

There are 60 homes in Vacquero which are mostly 2 story. The homes were built with 2500-3500 above grade square feet and have a 3 car attached garage. These homes for sale were built by D.R. Horton, Inc from 2002-2004. All homes have basement and the floor plan averages 2500-4000 finished square feet. The homes sit on impressive manicured lot of 8000 square feet to quarter an acre. Ventana

Ventana is a luxury gated area in Daniels Gate and the homes were built between 2002 and 2009 by Infinity Homes with 4000-5500 above grade square feet. You will mostly 2 story, multi-level and ranch that include spacious floor plan of 4500-7500 finished square feet. These gated homes for sale in Ventana have a 3-4 car attached garage and all homes have basement with some including walkout space as well. There are 88 gated homes in Ventana which sit on manicured lot of quarter an acre to half acre. Kids in the area will attend Timber Trail Elementary, Rocky Heights Middle, and Rock Canyon High School. This community is maintained by Ventana/ Amber Ridge HOA which includes clubhouse, common area grounds maintenance, community pool and snow removal.

Topaz Vista

Homes in Topaz Vista are mostly 2 story and ranch which were built with 3000-3500 above grade square feet. All homes have basement and few of them have walkout space as well. The floors are spacious with 3000-4500 finished square feet and have a 2-4 car attached garage. Tapadero

Homes in Tapadero were built between 2001 and 2005 by D.R. Horton, Inc with 2500-3500 above grade square feet.
