Chapparal Subdivision

Chapparal is surrounded by several parks in the neighborhood and it is located south east of Cherry Creek State Park in Centennial. Also it is situated 25 miles south east of Denver Colorado. You will find mostly 2 story and ranch style homes in one to two acre lots. Majority of the homes in Chapparal were constructed between 1982 and 1995 with 4000-6000 finished square feet.
