Homestead Farm Subdivision

Homestead Farm is situated in the western part of Centennial in Arapahoe County. Also, this subdivision is 15 miles south of Denver, Colorado. This subdivision is also known by Homestead Farm II and the zip code for the area is 80112. You will find many different home types such as 2 story, multi-level, ranch and tri-level with 1600-2800 above grade square feet. Majority of the homes were built by Sanford Homes with 2000-3500 finished square feet. The homes in Homestead Farm sit on manicured lot of 6000 square feet to third of an acre. All homes have basement with some of them having walkout space as well. The HOA is run by Homestead Farm-ACCU, Inc which includes facilities such as community pool, tennis courts and trash removal. There are 685 homes for sale which were constructed between 1978 and 1985 and they have a 2 car attached garage. For avid golfers, Family Sports Golf Course is a budget friendly golf course in this locality, fun for the whole family is located just a short drive from Homestead Farm. Franklin Elementary, Newton Middle, and Arapahoe High School are the schools located nearby and children from this area attend them.
