The Farm Subdivision

The Farm consists of 1000 homes and is located to the east of Cherry Creek State Park in Arapahoe County. This subdivision has mostly 2 story and ranch homes with 2000-3200 above grade square feet. Majority of these homes for sale were built between 2000-2005 by Richmond American Homes. Most of the homes have a basement and few of them have a walkout space as well.
