Trail Ridge Subdivision

Trail Ridge consists of 242 homes and is situated to the east of Cherry Creek State Park. You will find many different home types such as 2 story, bi-level, multi-level, ranch and tri-level with 1300-2400 above grade square feet. These homes landscape on an impressive 6000 square to third of an acre lot and the floor plan ranges 1300-3000 finished square feet. Majority of these homes were built by 1985 and 2000 by Village Homes. The HOA is run by Highland Pointe, managed by MSI which includes facilities such as common area grounds maintenance and trash removal. Kids in the area will attend Antelope Ridge Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle and Eaglecrest High School. Most of the homes have a basement and these homes in Trail Ridge also have a 2 car attached garage. The zip code for the area is 80015 and is located in Arapahoe County. Some of the homes in this location also have a walkout space. This subdivision is a growing community with a lot to offer with its location being close to Cherry Creek State Park, shopping, dining and public parks. Saddle Rock Golf Course, a professionally maintained course with best service offered and a wonderful place for fun, is located just 2 miles away from Trail Ridge.
