The immaculate Governors Ranch subdivision, is a large neighborhood with over 1000 homes near Southwest Plaza in Littleton. Sanford Homes and Centex Homes built the subdivision between 1979-1997. There are mostly 2 story with a few multi-story & ranch style houses which include 1,800 to 4,000 square feet that includes a large basement. Homes sit on 7,000 to 13,000 square feet lots and include a 2-3 car garage. The Governor's Ranch HOA provides residents with ample amenities for a low monthly fee. The grounds committee oversees the common property within the association including the greenbelts, medians, trees, and irrigation. They offer tennis leagues for both kids and adults on their 8 tennis courts, 4 with lights for nighttime tennis. In addition, there is a large clubhouse that can be rented and a community pool that is open to residents and their guests. Plus, the HOA has several annual community events.
