Saddleback Subdivision

Saddleback is located in the north western region of Louisville and consists of 164 homes. This subdivision is situated between Washington Avenue and W Hickory Street. The homes in this subdivision are mostly 2 story, bi-level, multi-level, ranch and tri-level with 2000-3500 finished square feet. Majority of the Saddleback homes for sale were built between 1986 and 1992 with 1800-2800 above grade square feet. The homes sit on impressive manicured lots of 7000 square feet to quarter an acre and have a 1-2 car attached garage. Most of the homes have a basement and few of them have a walkout space as well.
