Saratoga Subdivision

Saratoga consists of 181 homes which are located at the intersection of Via Appia Way and Tyler Avenue. This subdivision is located in the western region of Louisville and the housing is mainly 2 story, multi-level and ranch. Majority of the Saratoga homes for sale were built between 1983 and 1988 with 1000-1800 above grade square feet. Most of the homes in this subdivision have a basement and few of them have a walkout space as well. The homes sit on manicured lots of 7500 square feet to fifth of an acre. Coal Creek Golf Course, a well maintained course which is welcoming for new players with friendly staffs is located just 2.5 miles from this subdivision. Kids in the area will attend Fireside Elementary, Monarch K-8 Middle and Monarch High School which are located in School District Boulder Valley RE 2. Several restaurants and shopping spots are located nearby to this location.
