Anderson Farm Subdivision

Anderson Farm is located in the eastern region of Boulder and consists of 512 homes. This subdivision is situated between E 1st Street and N Denver Avenue. You will find mostly ranch with a few 2 story and tri-level homes with 1100-1600 above grade square feet. Majority of the Anderson Farm homes for sale were constructed between 1999 and 2006 with manicured lots of 4500-6500 square feet. The floor plans average 1200-2200 finished square feet and have a 2 car attached garage. This subdivision is a growing community with a lot to offer with its location being close to shopping, dining and public parks. Most of the homes in this subdivision have a basement. The community is managed by Pine Tree Village HOA which covers facilities such as common area maintenance. Kids in the area will attend Winona Elementary, Ball (conrad) Middle and Mountain ViewHigh School. Boyd Lake State Park, a well maintained park with nice paved trails for biking and beautiful camping spots is located just 3 miles from the location.
