Parker Vista is located in the north eastern part of Parker and it consists of 201 homes. The zip code for the area 80138 and is located in Douglas County. This subdivision is located 25 miles south east of Denver, Colorado. The homes sit on manicured lots of 6500 square feet to quarter an acre. Almost all homes have a basement and some of them have a walkout space as well. Majority of the Parker Vista homes for sale were constructed between 1995 and 2000 by Sanford Homes with 2100-2800 above grade square feet.
