Restaurant Week is here! This popular metro area event will be held March 3rd – 12th. With over 200 participating restaurants, each eatery is offering a 3 course meal at the $25, $35, or $45 price point per person. Restaurants throughout Denver, Littleton, Golden, Lakewood and the broader metro area are working hard to put together a menu that you can’t resist! Today we are highlighting the Melting Pot in Littleton, Colorado.
With locations in Littleton and Louisville, the Melting Pot is a classic Colorado favorite. The Littleton restaurant is located in a historic structure built in 1917. This building has had several owners and tenants over the years. From 1917-1965, the building housed the Carnegie Library. Through 1977, this location served as the Littleton Police Department and jail. In 1979, a developer turned the space into Pistacio’s Bar and Dance Club. Several cafes and restaurants would follow until the arrival of the Melting Pot in 2004.
