Bluff Lake

Bluff Lake is a sub-area in Stapleton that were built by David Weekley Homes and KB Home between 2012-2015. It is a neighborhood with mostly ranch styles and 2-story homes that include 1,500 to 3,500 finished square feet. Most of the homes include a basement and 2 car attached garage.

Central Park North

Central Park North is the sub-area in which the homes average 1,700 to 3,900 finished square feet with most having a basement. The homes were built in between 2007-2017 and include a 2-3 car attached garage.

Eastbridge

South End
