The Valley Hi subdivision is the most southern neighborhood in Evergreen and it is also one of the most affordable equestrian friendly neighborhoods. The community borders Highway 73 between Evergreen and Conifer. Most of the homes in Valley Hi were built in the 70’s through 90’s and feature 1-2 acre horse-friendly lots zoned A-1. The home styles vary from 2-story, ranch, raised ranch, and bi-level with 2,000 – 4,000 square feet of living space.
