Wild Oak Farms Subdivision

Wild Oak Farms is located in the north eastern region of Fountain and consists of 468 homes. This subdivision is situated at the intersection of E Ohio Avenue and Fountain Mesa Road. You will find many different home types such as 2 story, 4-level, bi-level, ranch and tri-level with a few raised ranch and 3 story with 1000-2000 above grade square feet. Homes in this subdivision were built between 1985 and 2018 with 1200-2400 finished square feet. The homes sit on impressive lots of 6000 square feet to fifth of an acre and have a 2-3 car attached garage. Most of the Wild Oak Farms homes for sale have a basement. Eagleside Elementary, Fountain Middle and Fountain/Ft Carson High School are the schools located nearby and children from this area attend them.
