Saddle Rock Sub-Area is situated in the south eastern region of Aurora and the zip code for the area is 80015. This subdivision is also located in Arapahoe County and is situated 25 miles south east of Denver, Colorado. Homes in this subdivision are located to the east of Cherry Creek State Park and the housing is mostly 2 story, muti-level, raised ranch and ranch with 1500-3500 above grade square feet. Most of the Saddle Rock Sub-Area homes for sale were built between 1997 and 2018 with impressive lots of 5500 square feet to half an acre. Majority of the homes in this subdivision have a basement and some of them have a walkout space as well. The floor plans average 2000-4500 finished square feet and have a 2-3 car attached garage. Kids in the area will attend Creekside Elementary, Liberty Middle and Grandview High School. The community is run by Saddle Rock Ridge which covers common area grounds maintenance. Saddle Rock Golf Course, a professionally maintained course with best service offered and a wonderful place for fun is located just 1.5 miles from Saddle Rock Sub-Area. The housing in Saddle Rock North is mainly 2 story, multi-level, raised ranch and ranch with 2500-4000 above grade square feet. Majority of the Saddle Rock North homes for sale were built between 1997 and 2017 by U.S. Home Corp. The homes sit on manicured lots of 6000 square feet to half an acre and have a 2-3 car attached garage. There are 499 homes in this subdivision and the floor plans average 3000-5500 finished square feet. Almost all homes have a basement and some of them have a walkout space as well. The HOA is run by Saddle Rock North which covers several facilities such as clubhouse, common area grounds maintenance, community pool, recycling, tennis courts and trash removal. Majority of the Saddle Rock Ridge homes for sale were built between 1999 and 2003 by U.S. Home Corp with 1600-3000 finished square feet. Canyon Creek Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle and Cherokee Trail High School are the schools located nearby and children from this area attend them. The HOA is run by Saddle Rock Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc which covers common area grounds maintenance, recycling, snow removal and trash removal.

Saddle Rock Vistas

Homes in Saddle Rock Vistas are surrounded by several parks in the neighborhood and the housing is mainly 2 story and ranch with 1600-2000 above grade square feet. Almost all homes have a basement and all homes have a walkout space as well. Majority of the Saddle Rock Vistas homes for sale were built by 2018 with 2000-2700 finished square feet. The homes landscape on impressive lots of 7000 square feet to fifth of an acre and have a 2 car attached garage. Kids in the area will attend Creekside Elementary, Liberty Middle and Grandview High School. This subdivision consists of 8 homes which are maintained by Saddle Rock South Master Association, Inc. The HOA includes clubhouse, common area grounds maintenance, community pool, tennis courts and trash removal. This subdivision is a growing community with a lot to offer with its location being close to shopping, dining and public parks.

The Bluffs at Saddle Rock

The Bluffs at Saddle Rock consists of 203 homes which are surrounded by several parks in the neighborhood. The housing is mostly 2 story and ranch with 1300-1800 above grade square feet. Majority of the homes were built between 1999 and 2007 with manicured impressive lots of 5500 square feet to fifth of an acre. Few of the homes have a basement and some of them have a walkout space as well. The floor plans range from 1400-2600 finished square feet and have a 2 car attached garage. Several restaurants and shopping spots are located nearby to this location. Antelope Ridge Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle and Eaglecrest High School are the schools located nearby and children from this area attend them. The HOA is maintained by Saddle Rock Ridge HOA which covers facilities such as common area grounds maintenance, snow removal and trash removal.
